 Processing, Shipping and Delivery:

Please advise us if you have a special required delivery date for your gift by including your request in the message text box in check out or by emailing us at We will make every effort to accommodate your special needs.

We attempt to process, engrave and ship orders within 1-2 week.  For expedited delivery and critical dates please advise us in checkout, via email. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Most orders are shipped directly from our warehouse and via DHL or EMS. If the item you purchased is out of stock we will contact you to advise timing or to offer alternative selections for your review.  We offer free shipping on any order over $50.00 Worldwide. All orders under $50.00 will be charged a nominal $9.00 shipping and handling fee. For Express or Rush shipping, please contact Customer Service at for rates.


Returns and Exchanges:

PEWTERSMITHS  is committed to customer satisfaction. All our merchandise is guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Every order has been thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our shop and has been carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. We accept returns on non-engraved items within 30 days of shipment. When received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee, any gift wrapping and actual shipping costs we incurred. Large custom orders of over 7 units will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Please note that any special order or engraved item is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective.

PEWTERSMITHS pays for the shipping on orders from $50.00, If a package is returned to us with an undeliverable address, we will contact you to let you know it has been returned. However, we will have to charge the minimum fee of $19.00 to re-ship the package.

Damaged or defective merchandise:
Please examine the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Customer Service at within 7 days of receipt  for return instructions. We will request delivery back to us by customer or will issue a return authorization and arrange to have your package picked up. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will either replace it at no charge or issue a merchandise credit minus shipping charges. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization! All returned items must be in original, unused condition.

Engraved and special order returns:
Any engraved or special order item cannot be accepted for return unless it is damaged or defective. When in doubt about whether your engraved or special item order can be returned for replacement or credit, please contact Customer Service at

Engraving mistakes:
For any engraved or personalized items, please check and re-check your spelling and grammar carefully before submitting your order to us. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes submitted by the customer. If an engraving error has been made by us, we will replace the item at no charge or issue a full credit. When packaging your merchandise for return:
1. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization, regardless of the reason for return.
2. Please re-use the original carton and packing material.
3. Please include a packing slip indicating the item(s) and quantity being returned and a brief explanation why you are returning the merchandise. Include your return authorization.
4. Place the merchandise, packing slip and return authorization inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.
